A NON-REFUNDALE booking fee is due at the time of booking. No booking fee, no date.

This is NOT a deposit and moving your date is purely at Nail Couture Lincoln's discretion.

Dates/learners are non-transferrable.

7 days notice of cancellation is required, this allows Nail Couture Lincoln time to fill the date. At Nail Couture Lincoln's sole discretion you may be charged a rebooking fee up to and including the full cost of your course, if the course is cancelled with less that 7 days notice.

If the course is cancelled with 7 days notice or more and the full fee has been paid you will receive a full refund minus the booking fee or, at the sole discretion of Nail Couture Lincoln, you may rebook your course for a future date.

Nail Couture Lincoln will not be able to move your booking multiple times without rebooking fees being charged.

The balance of your course is payable 14 days before your course date. You will receive a reminder that your balance is due. If you do not make your balance payment in time your course will be cancelled and you will lose your booking fee. Unfortunately, Nail Couture Lincoln does not have the time to chase payments.

Proof of prior learning and/or certificates may be required before booking on to a course. Please do not book on to a course if you do not have the pre-requisites for the type of course you are attending.

Unless attending a nail art or e-file course, learners MUST NOT have any product or signs of infection on their nails. If you attend with NSS (Non-Standard Salon) acrylic/nail infections/bitten nails, your course will be cancelled and you will forfeit your course fee. Nail Couture Lincoln runs to strict timings and will not have time to remove product before the course start time. If you have had any allergic reaction to any nail products previously, this must be discussed with the educator before any booking is made. 

Nail Couture Lincoln is a No-Smoking academy. Smoking will be permitted during breaks, off the property

Nail Couture Lincoln respectfully asks that any extreme nail art/sculpted competition nails created with the help of the educator are not entered into any competition. The educator may be asked to judge in that competition and this would be unfair to the other competitors.

Students can book 3 courses for £499.

All courses must be booked at the same time.

A non-refundable booking fee of £75 must be paid at the time of booking to secure your dates.

The balance of £424 must be paid 14 days prior to your first course date. Failure to do so will result in all dates being cancelled.

Once the course fee has been paid in full, no full or partial refunds will be made for any course dates that are cancelled or not attended.

If requested with a minimum of 7 days notice, course dates may, at the sole discretion of Nail Couture Lincoln, be rearranged.

Students with no previous experience will be required to attend the Professional Gel Manicure course as their first option.

The beginners acrylic course will count as 2 days.
